Alex Conroy coaches people (particularly women) to become more confident, and more sucessful. Before that she climbed the legal career ladder becoming a Partner at Elite US Law firms Kirkland & Ellis, and Fried Frank. But despite "making it" she felt that there was something missing. A chance introduction to a coach when she was looking for help to improve her issues with sleeping lead her down a path that culminated in leaving Biglaw behind to set up her own coaching consultancy.
