Joel Hellermark: How do you create personalized learning experiences?

In our very first tabula rasa episode in English we welcome Joel Hellermark – a Swedish entrepreneur and founder of Sana Labs. Together with his team Joel is building a software product for personalized learning experiences for companies and their employees – in order to move away from the antiquated and rarely fun ways of training and learning in todays corporates that probably immediately come to mind when mentioning "corporate learning".Together with Joel we explore in detail how Sana works: the science behind it, the user experience and strong focus on design, the content creation and last but not least their vision for the future. We also address the context of a rising demand for upskilling and reskilling in todays economy – and we discuss if such a model of tech-driven personalization of learning is viable for our schools in the future. Last but not least Joel tells us why Kanye West is the person he'd like to discuss education with the most.Next to our German episodes we plan to release English episodes once in a while in the future.
