Over 20 years in the restaurant industry - from washing dishes, waiting tables, slinging drinks, and managing big restaurants, back to Jason's roots where he found a home with Cilantro and Chive in 2016.  Focusing on people and community as the heart of his business, he helps strive to be fun, fresh and creative.  Showcasing some of the best in food and beverage that Alberta has to offer.   This past year Jason's changed and evolved his off-premise takeout and delivery services with an online ordering app, creating take-home drink kits, off-sales, merchandise and more. They've incorporated benefits to everyone on his team, and tip-sharing across the board for every employee.  Because we feel (but more importantly they feel) that no one position is above another, and everyone is valuable to the guest's experience.  Whether it be for takeout or for dine-in, they're doing their best to ensure that the guests have a great experience, and most of all feel welcome and safe in their home.  Cilantro and Chive is not just a building, a crazy menu item, a fun cocktail, or one person - it is meant to be a community.
