Sweden in Transition #3 - Jörgen Anderson, Regenerative Farmer

Jörgen is a regenerative farmer and Founder of the Savory Institute Nordic Hub. To feed our global population and meet our climate emission reduction targets, we know we have to reduce our meat consumption. But livestock integration can play an important role in regenerative agriculture, such as building soil health to sequester carbon. Today, we will talk about regenerative agriculture and understand what holistic management means. We will discuss about the specific experience of Mountain Grazing in the North of Sweden, but also more generally on food & transition.
