Live In The Present - Plan For The Future

You may have heard the old quote that goes, "Yesterday is a cancelled check; tomorrow is a promissory note; today is the only cash you have, so spend it wisely". It's important to understand that you yesterdays were the launch pad that moved you to today but are now gone and unchangeable.  You must let go of everything that has happened in your past, including even the good, because now you're in the present, and the present is the only place you truly can live.
