We invited Tom Goulooze - Team Coach and Facilitator at WeTransfer -  to talk about the first and second OKR introduction at WeTransfer, a Dutch file transfer service firm. Their initial OKR implementation posed a great challenge nonetheless, they then decided to reinvent their process and deal with all difficulties. In 2020 they dared a second launch.
