It’s in our nature to be driven by fear. The human mind has thousands of thoughts everyday, majority of which are negative thoughts.    Unfortunately, the lot of us are mostly focused on what we don’t want from life, and only imagine the worst possible outcomes. This phenomenon is known as the negativity bias, and it’s what stands in the way of you and your ultimate happiness.    Negative thoughts suck the energy from an otherwise healthy and great life. This is often characterised by anxiety, repeated failures in life, depression and mental breakdown.    You should be wise enough to know that only you control the destiny of your life.  The law of attraction states that whatever goes on in your mind, has a tendency of manifesting itself in the physical world. Thus, to live a happy and fulfilled life, only focus on the positive aspects of it.    Ultimately, it’s up to you to decide where you want to focus your energy on. Focusing on your wins rather than your losses will undoubtedly flip the tables on a sad and depressing lifestyle.  Start attracting the right opportunities in your life by focusing only on the positive outcomes of your future.    You also have to be grateful for all the good that you’ve been blessed with. The more thankful you are, the higher your chances of attracting even bigger and better blessings.    Break free from the spirit of greed and competition. Focus and be grateful for what you need in life, and the universe, will ultimately reward your faith.    Keep reminding yourself to be filled with great regard and appreciation for every little good thing that you’ve been blessed with. This way, you’ll always be looking forward to a better tomorrow, and wake each day with a happy heart, ready to face the day.    Timestamps.  01:44 Stop feeding your fears 02:31 The law of attraction 04:19 The power of positive thinking 05:58 Practicing gratitude
