Holly Worton is an author with an impressive 17 books under her name. She started off writing about business and mindset but moved on to writing about nature and connecting with oneself. She’s now fully committed to writing about her walking adventures and hopes to inspire people on how nature can have a transformational impact and help them connect deeper with their inner selves. Through her walks, Holly is able to reconnect with herself and focus better on her project and goals.   Holly’s journey  Holly has always been self-employed. For the first 10 years of her career, she owned and operated a hospitality business in Latin America. She then sold the business and moved to England where she trained as a life coach. Holly was a life coach up until 2 years ago when she quit the coaching business in order to connect and write more about her nature adventures.    Holly walks for 90-100 miles every week, which usually helps her push herself to the limits and set new goals and projects for her life.  Nature walks also help Holly to detox from the fast-paced technology world. She feels brand new after every walk and has extra energy to deal with her business emails and calls.    Through her books, Holly hopes to inspire individuals who lack a connection with nature to spark a new love for the outdoors and trees.  The walks also help Holly to expand her comfort zone in all aspects of her life. The risks of going out on walks alone help her expand her thoughts and questions the limits she has in her life.    Holly’s Superpower.
