Ep 12_Courtney Dauwalter - Ultra runner with a love for sunshine, long inseams, and candy.

Fancy some life advice and running advice from one of the greatest of our time?‘When it feels like you can’t go any farther: Left foot, right foot, left foot…’-Courtney D.Humble, dedicated and very capable at making friends with nearly everyone she crosses paths with. It’s a real honour to speak with Courtney and get to know more about her and how she moves to the beat of her own drum, setting an example for us all to take notice of and a lesson from.Next time in part 2 of this yarn, we will get to yarn with Kev, too.  Remember: ‘I was already a wreck just a few hours into my first 100-mile attempt in 2012. Made a lot of mistakes during that race, but the biggest one was getting stuck in a whirlpool of negativity. I convinced myself that I wasn’t capable of making it to the finish line, and dropped out at mile 60. Don’t get stuck in the whirlpool!’-Courtney Dauwalter I’d like to thank Courtney, for the yarn yet another fun conversation with a leading figure in the sport of running. We invite you to join us in paying respect to the people and other beings everywhere who keep the law of the land.We acknowledge and pay our respects to the traditional and rightful custodians of all the places where this podcast is created and listened to.
