Episode 101 – Lisa Mezzatesta – When I Started It Was All About Me, Then I Switched & Everyone Then Came To Me For Advice; Making Decisions From A Space Of Fear & Get An Honest Broker!

In this episode, I have the pleasure of interviewing an exceptional guest, Lisa Mezzatesta, an organisational management innovator and fault leader. Lisa works as a consultant, Frustration-Reducer and Dot-Connector. Frustration is the gap between expectation and reality, and when organisations go through significant change, her job help is to narrow the gap as much as possible. Her skills at taking multiple seemingly disconnected pieces of data and connecting the dots allow her to see the behaviour that may prevent the gap closure and realisation of success.  Lisa has been in the consultation industry for 27 years, but her career training started at a tender age. Her stormy childhood forced her to navigate highly emotional situations by reading the room, predicting behaviour and taking the best course of action. Her expertise has won her credit, and she has worked in different industries like aerospace and defence, manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceutical, the local and federal government, and the military.  Lisa enjoys close family relationships, and in her free time, she likes to do the unexpected. The unexpected include riding her own motorcycle, working as a certified rescue diver, travelling, jumping out of a perfectly good aeroplane, sewing, jewellery making, and thinking about the next tattoo.  During the episode, we dive into Lisa’s journey to success and basics strategies that you can leverage to enhance your productivity.
