Real estate investor Dr. Matt Motil grew up in a household where college wasn’t an option. After getting his Ph.D., he realized that he was in a middle-class trap –  where you were expected to go to college and get married and accrue debt. In this episode, Matt talks about how he was able to get out of the middle-class trap. He shares the adversity he faced when he decided to leave his career behind for entrepreneurship.
