The FDP and Greens will be kingmakers in the result, potentially paving the way for the country’s first 3-party coalition. Evergrande’s EV arm falters in Hong Kong trading as it issues a call for cash and postpones plans to go public. Another bond payment for the Chinese property giant looms on Wednesday.
