Episode 26: Demystifying your Vision, Life Purpose and Key Messages

As a change-maker, manager or leader, chances are at some stage you've taken time to develop your personal vision. You may even be clear on your life's purpose. Or not. In a world where we focus so heavily on 'your purpose' and 'forever vision' I see a lot of inertia where people WAIT for the 'perfect' purpose to occur to them, or to be able to poetically articulate their vision before they start leading the change they want to see in the world. In this episode I talk about how to overcome that inertia and use your key messages to make change NOW and allow the rest to evolve.
