One of the basic aspects of economics is the relationship between price and scarcity. The more scare a commodity, the more valuable it is. Information was once considered the most valuable commodity and those with first access had an advantage. But in a world where information is in abundance yet not verifiable, the value of that information is less. What is of value today is the ability to take action.
