Outcome Oriented Systems

Warren Buffet pays less in taxes than his assistant. A kid in college that will go on to become an investment banker and a kid that will become a teacher pay the same amount for their education but their expected earnings are not remotely close. There is little or no financial incentive to fill the most important roles a society needs to improve itself.
