During the recent spate of lockdowns around the country we've seen an increase in what is called pandemic fatigue, which includes increased levels of anxiety, depression and chronic health conditions, Dr Cohen discusses his thoughts on changes we can focus on including exercise, social connection, structure and sleep which can help with pandemic fatigue.
