"On a scale of 0-10 what is your pain?" Give me a break. That's archaic. YOU are so much more than simply what arbitrary numerical value of "pain" you are in. So why then is progress so often in the world of rehab focused solely around reducing pain? In this episode I dive into a better definition of progress when it comes to getting better from injury as well as interpreting progress in training. As cyclists we are soooo used to just dealing with suffering that it almost becomes our goal.
