Just ride more! Squat heavier weights! Do more intervals! These are the types of answers you hear when the question is "How do I become a more Powerful Rider?" And while, yes, you need those in some degree...there are all these other categories to focus on for unique benefits that are highly leverage-able as a cyclist. AKA get a lot of benefit for a little bit of work. Training balance to improve your brains coordination and smooth production of energy into power is absolutely one of them.
