Fathers 4 Justice Founder: New Divorce Law is Disastrous for Men. Marriage Needs Reform.

New Culture Forum - Ein Podcast von New Culture Forum - Samstags

The UK's new "No-Fault" Divorce laws should come with a public health warning as its outcomes will be apocalyptic for men. So argues, Matt O'Connor, founder of the Fathers 4 Justice campaign group, on this episode of #SWYSI. Fathers 4 Justice say that marriage is currently a sexist "man trap". They want to see genuine reform of the institution that removes anti-male elements such as spousal maintenance. Sweden, for example, has eliminated spousal maintenance for divorce settlements as it is sexist to expect a man to support a woman. Fathers 4 Justice believe it is time for true divorce equality and parental equality.
