Our restlessness leads to anger Our frustrations turn us self destructive Then the guilt comes and our behavior/symptoms do effect the people in our lives. We find it harder to sleep when the mind is restless, the hyper activity makes it hard for us to relax. This energy builds up, this is our creative energy and it either releases destructively or your energy is able to find a positive form of expression. On those days when things are just really hard to cope with, the pressure of life is real. We create our reality from our vibrational body, which guides our choices, whether we are aware or not. My goal for this podcast and my intention is to help you with finding the right tools so we can go deeper than our thinking.
