The segments are recording from a workshop setting titled Practices that enhance life.  Part one to four elaborates a necessary context that presents a cosmological foundation rooted in the Islamic and Sufi approach to knowledge of the self, and the universal applicability of these maps. In a broad stroke overview the sketches of character grooming, various key forces in life, interplay of dualities, the Spheres of Divine presence are considered regarding the basic self-soul model of existence. Various other issues, regarding evolution of the self and the hierarchy of maturation, development of the mental dimensions and the rational faculty, ignorance, faith, freedom is also reflected upon in this introductory session within the series.
