Suzanne on How to Create Space in your Brain for You
Self-Care for Extremely Busy Women - Ein Podcast von Suzanne Falter
Today’s show is dedicated to the too busy woman who’s just up to her eyeballs in thoughts. I start by reading an essay I wrote called ‘Notes from a Reformed Time Binger’. It’s all about the crazy ways we try to overwork … or lose ourselves in a cascade of Netflix episodes. The goal, of course, is moderation in all things. And it’s important with time to assess just how we’re using it. As for your brain, does it seem a little crowded in there? Like too many competing voices are vying for your attention? Relax, girlfriend. You’re just like the rest of us … and there is a solution. It won’t even cost you a dime. I’m talking in this show about the power of apologies, making amends and learning from your mistakes. Cause hey … no matter how much of an overachiever you are, you’re gonna make some. You just will! And it really is okay. In fact, these mistakes lead us to great lessons we might otherwise never have. And isn’t learning the point of this mad thing we call life? I hope this show inspires you … and gives you some room for thought. Posted with love, I’ve been dying to hear how you’re doing with all of this! Feel free to send me an email and let me know. Also if you have suggestions for topics to explore. Send to me, Suzanne AT suzannefalter.com. Thanks!
