Bernd and Hilla Becher were a German husband and wife photographic duo who specialised in impartial pictures of industrial structures - conventionally unpretty but given a formalist beauty Tom Sutcliffe's guests are Mark Ravenhill, Liz Jensen and Kamila Shamsie.
