81. The Science & Politics of Saturated Fat & Red Meat - The Big Fat Surprise with Nina Teicholz

This book has upended the conventional wisdom on dietary fat–especially saturated fat–and challenged the very core of our nutrition policy. Much of my audience is familiar with Jason Fung’s work and she wrote the Forward in his groundbreaking book The Diabetes Code. She talks about what’s wrong with the U.S. Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2020 Update, and benefits of eating red meat.
