3 Steps to Achievement Season 2Episode 30 No matter what goal you desire to achieve, there are three steps you need to take, and it all starts with awareness. As your awareness grows, you will clearly see your conditioned subconscious mind is creating your results. Next, as you accept total responsibility for your results, you will unlock the decisive power you need to do something about it. The third step is altering the conditioning in your subconscious mind. With the right amount of time, discipline and study, you can finally achieve any goal you set. 1:19 - The first step is Awareness. If we have awareness, everything else in our life can improve. You should be focused on growing your awareness every day. 3:11 - Become more aware of the primary cause of the results you are getting in your life. 4:45 - It is how you behave and act that gets you your results. 7:57 - The second step is Accepting. You have to accept the truth that it is your responsibility to change your conditions to change your results. 9:21 - The only pathway that exists moving you from where you are currently to where you ant to be is through taking responsibility—by accepting that you can change your conditioning. 13:19 - We are afraid of making decisions or making the wrong decisions. So we procrastinate our decision to change. 14:17 - The third step is Altering the conditioning in your subconscious mind. 16:58 - The pattern looks like this: You have awareness and then you develop acceptance for the responsibility to change your results. You make the decision you are going to alter your conditioning and you behavior and achieve whatever goal you set. 19:229 - There are some questions you can ask yourself to move through this process. 1. What are you doing to expand your awareness everyday? 20:40 - 2. Are you avoiding accepting responsibility for your results? What are you going to do or think differently to accept responsibility for your results? 23:02 - 3. What will I do today to alter my conditioning?
