From there, he began a quest to help people in similar situations who weren’t aware of the resources that were available. By looking at real estate from a personal standpoint, he was motivated by the ease of his experience when acquiring property. "I’m here to help, that’s the bottom line, but I have a special heart for first-time homebuyers. I love giving them their keys, talking to them...especially those who think home ownership is out of reach.”   In the episode, he examines the importance of the service aspect when interacting with buyers.
