In this episode of Real Voices Podcast, we talk with Christian Wangsgard, REALTOR®, who began his career as a restaurant developer. “I thought it’d be awesome just to get free food all the time!” The hours and workload, however, were not something he wished to continue and, in time, he gave real estate a shot. This was over four years ago.   “It was scary getting into real estate, something that is your own business,” Christian says. During his first months, “...I was door-knocking, holding open houses, talking to people. I got a lot of clients that way.”   Christian eventually found it was better to join a team as it was more conducive to a learning environment and repeat business. “I’m getting to the point in my career where I’m not always having to chase that next deal.
