Looking for a new outlet and inspiration — she joined the Platinum sales team six years ago.   She is motivated by the role because it mirrors certain aspects of psychotherapy work such as active listening and communicating with a variety of different people. Guy shares her joy for having conversations that can change misconceptions about home warranties.   “Home warranties are really beneficial...they are so helpful. We really aren’t the bad guys. Home ownership can be expensive; we want to help cut some of those costs,” she explains.   In the episode, Guy discusses how relationships can be fostered through sharing similar personal experiences and the importance of remaining genuine.
