Richard has worked in property sales since he was 18. Recently having moved back into residential investment property brokering which is where most of his experience, knowledge, and industry reputation lies. With a history in residential sales, owning a small family estate agent, providing estate agency, ‘sourcing’ training nationwide and working with hundreds of vendors, landlords and property investors. Richard values and assesses new stock and prepares properties for his investors, most of his properties come from Richard’s network of trusted landlords and vendors who have either used him before to sell or have had a recommendation from a peer.
