Steve started his property journey after watching Real Life for over a year and deciding to come along to an event in June 2019. He got into property initially wanting 3 properties, one for each of his daughters as well as himself and his wife. After seeing what the events teach and what other people have achieved he wanted more, he wanted to create another level of passive income and something that excites him. In just 2 and half years he has raised over £6.5m in investor finance that will be utilized over a variety of property strategies including HMO, Commercial Properties and Developments, and Serviced Accommodation. Helping him to build a portfolio of just under £5.8m with the potential to increase to just under £22m when all planning has been approved. As well as this, he is also a partner of Real Life Creative Construction helping others to deliver on their projects of any size and with the Real Life Health and Wellness centers.
