Sobi is a drugmaker focused on hemophilia, inflammation, and genetic and metabolic diseases. It is now pursuing its drug Orfadin, used to treat the metabolic disorder tyrosemia type 1, as a potential treatment for the metabolic condition alkaptonuria.
