EU Takes a Major Step on Regulation

The European Parliament has approved preliminary versions of the Markets in Crypto Assets Regulation (MiCA) and the Transfer of Funds Regulation, measures that will increase certainty for digital asset companies, investors, and users. Final passage is a virtual certainty.
