Israel's Knesset faces possible vote that could force early election

Israel's parliament was set to hold a preliminary vote overnight, to dissolve itself, following a dispute over conscription.  If successful, it could force a new election, and end the coalition helmed by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
