Fr Adrian Graffy, parish priest of Christ the Eternal High Priest in the Diocese of Brentwood, is a Scripture scholar and member of the Pontifical Biblical Commission. Today he speaks to us about the ancient prayer of the Church and how praying it can deeply impact our lives.
