CAFOD Children's Liturgy - 2022-03-06 Welcome: Today we are going to hear about how Jesus spent 40 days praying in the desert, to get closer to God, and to get ready for his ministry. At the end of this time he was very hungry. Let’s think some more about this today.  Opening prayer: God of life, your Son Jesus went out into the desert to spend time in prayer and be closer to you. Help us to draw closer to you this Lent, in our prayers and in our actions. Through Christ our Lord, Amen.
