Workplace Bullying as an Organisational Problem - with Michelle Tuckey

In this episode we chat with Professor Michelle Tuckey, Professor of Work and Organisational Psychology at UniSA. She describes her research into the organisational factors that enable and reinforce bullying behaviour. She describes systems-level approaches that organisations can take to address bullying as an organisational issue rather than an individual one. She discusses how employers can respond when bullying is occurring in their organisation, and shares examples of strategies supervisors can implement to prevent bullying in their teams.
