084 - Leaving the day job & replacing income - an awesome achievement!

In this episode Nigel speaks openly with Richiko Olrichs, one of our very special Equa mentees, about navigating her property journey through the pandemic, the ups & downs including the challenges of raising finance & the importance of planning for the future. Richiko spent over 15 years in the global corporate world working in the airline and hospitality industry in various management positions, leading teams and transforming businesses. A global restructure in 2017 in the company she worked for became the catalyst to explore her entrepreneurial side as Richiko started her first business in e-commerce.  Since then, she has moved to building her property investment business, acquiring her first investment property at the end of 2019.  Richiko has now built a portfolio of buy-to-let, HMO and Serviced Accommodation properties and is in the process of securing her first development project.
