David took a professional approach to property investing in 2020 of all years. He started with a small commercial to residential project in South-East London. Since then He's gone on to bigger commercial conversion projects and growing a BTL portfolio in the North-East.   In 2021 alone, David bought 4 BTLs and secured 3 large commercial deals.   Today, David takes us through his commercial conversion career. An area not many investors start with when getting into property, it's not traditionally seen as an entry-level strategy.
