Episode 2: Bronwen Vearncombe

Bronwen Vearncombe is a property investor, author and mentor. She started her property journey several years ago and within the first 11 months, managed to build a portfolio worth £2.5 million and created an income of £60,000pa from rental profit. Bronwen and her husband then travelled the world for a year having escaped the corporate life to become full time property investors, living off their rental income and working remotely.  In this episode we dive into some of the strategies she used to build a property rental portfolio and some of the challenges she faced along the way.
