Dan Hulbert started his property journey 20 years ago which was on the tools helping his father flip properties in South East London. He then went on to set up his own building firm and built a personal portfolio of single lets and HMO’s.   Today-Dan is the co-founder of Hulsford Property Group- where they specialise in providing emergency housing to Local Authorities. Dan also realised that his true value lies in education and personal development, where he has a passion for helping others find their path in life and working with people starting up in business or property.   In this episode, Dan gives us an extremely honest view on the highs and lows of his property journey and what he's learnt from his past experiences.
