Ahmed Khan- Serviced Accommodation, Automation & Scaling Up

Ahmed graduated university in 2016 and within a couple of years managed to do over 40 serviced accommodation (SA) deals and built a successful rent-to-SA business. He managed to do this funding the entire business using other peoples money and running everything from a smart phone an internet connection.  In this episode we discuss the insights into Ahmed's strategy and how automation and systems allowed him to scale his SA rental portfolio.
