Lucy Ingram and her wife Steph are the co-owners of the Ride Enterprise, providing property investments, property management and more recently their new venture - serviced accommodation (with Ride escapes).   Despite both having full-time military careers they’ve established and grown 3 separate property businesses within the last 18 months. Their R2R and property management business has scaled from 0 to 8 R2R HMOs in just 6 months during 2020 of all years. More recently, their buy and hold business Ride Property has just taken on their first investor-funded development, converting an old care home into 7 luxury flats.   In this episode, Lucy shares how she got the property bug and how the "Ride" Enterprise was born.
