Social Housing, The Rewards That Come With It and The Inspiring Residents Stories with Renèhouse!

This Week We Have Tiffany and Theo From Renehouse On The Podcast!They have always had an interest in property and had originally planned to do standard buy to lets/flips.Tiffany worked in Supported Accommodation for young adults and was made aware by a colleague of the need for support accommodation. In August 2018 they decided to set up René House. It merges both of their experiences of supporting and helping others and their love of property and providing good homes. They now support homeless single males who may have other complex needs - Mental health issues, drug and alcohol issues, criminal background etc. They support residents to access other agencies, providing help with any of these issues, support them to access training and work opportunities and Support with life skills and budgeting.Their main aim is to help our residents get to the point they can move on to more independent, long term accommodation.
