We had the opportunity to sit down with Tom Sheehy of Crystal Clear Custom Pools which is located in Waxahachie, TX. Tom credits getting educated as to the main reason he has been able to be successful. Like many out there, he stumbled around for the first 3-4 years learning by trial and error which can be very time consuming and costly. Tom discusses how plugging into different associations and taking the time to attend classes gave him the confidence he needed to gain and retain customers.
