The Investors Roundtable #9: Insider Ownership: Did We Create a New Bias?

In Episode 9, our topic is Insider Ownership. One of panelists had an interesting situation where a company he's invested in has an abnormal insider ownership and incentive structure that any investor would raise an eyebrow at. Yet, despite the odd corporate governance, the company keeps performing (and so has the stock). That was today's inspiration and we end up realizing we may have created a new bias - please enjoy!
