The inspirational young man, Dan Buchan bought his first house when he was 19. We sat down and talk about his favorite subject, Property! 

He shared his journey, explained how they find deals all over UK, talked about no money down investing, gave advice for us overseas investors and much more.

Dan and his business partner Jamie York got into trading and earned six-figures at a very young age. 

They have several businesses including We Sell BMV, Aspire 84 and Aspire property group dedicate to sourcing/trading below market value residential and commercial properties. They find properties all over the UK for their clients. They’ve done over a thousand deals. 

They have an education company, focusing on trading training. Dan has also educated people in "No money down investing" 

Besides that he is a public speaker and has spoken on TEDx event.
