S3 Ep89: The AF Christmas Q&A

This is the AF Christmas Q&A where Shaz and Ben answer your questions about how to thrive during December without the booze! This will be Shazza's fifth AF Christmas and Ben's fourth - both were nervous about their first one, but quickly realised that being alcohol-free at Christmas is a gift in itself! This is a slightly different format to our normal podcast, as we never intended to publish it on the main podcast channel... The original plan was that this episode would be exclusive for our community members and subscribers. However, the questions we got sent were so good - and the voice notes from our community members at the end of the episode were so fabulous - that we thought that everyone should hear it. Yes, a sober Christmas is a different experience... And absolutely wonderful for so many different reasons! If you're in the early days of your AF adventure and a bit nervous about the festive period, just stick with it - it will surprise you, it will delight you, and if you can stay AF it will give you such a huge confidence boost as you embark on the next steps of your journey. --- Get In Touch: Of course, you can always get in touch with us (publicly or privately) on our socials - @alcoholfreepod on Instagram, or search for "Over The Influence" on Facebook.
