Einstein said it best: You can’t keep doing the same thing and expect different results I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: The book The Gap & The Gain by Dan Sullivan and Dr. Benjamin Hardy has been an absolute game changer for my business -- so much, in fact, that I’ve dedicated two episodes to exploring its concepts. The first episode, which I highly recommend you listen to, is all about the importance of being grateful for how much you’ve accomplished (The Gain), as opposed to focusing on what you haven’t (The Gap). It’s really important to be aware of as an entrepreneur, because holding on to something if it’s not working -- a goal, product, employee, etc. – can be counterproductive to scaling and growth.
