Episode 22 - What can be measured can be managed

In this episode I talk about how finances are at the epicenter of the business.  The finances do not lie... that's a fact. Whatever's happening in your business is clearly reflected in the figures. Whilst many do not care about the finances, the ones who do buy in, the people who want to understand their figures they can begin to change and improve them and with that comes empowerment. Finance and operations are intrinsically linked, ops cannot function without the money to do so, finance has no function unless ops are producing the work - working together finance and ops are one hell of a team and great things can be done with collaboration.  Hope you enjoy  AW
