Today I’m talking with my good friend and staff member, Marlene. She happens to be black, Puerto Rican, and is married to a white American. Marlene and her husband have three beautiful children. Marlene is passionate about the issues we’re facing right now, and so today, we’re talking about how we got here and how we can move forward toward unity. Right now, our country is embroiled in a divisive and dangerous argument about race. This isn’t black vs. white, friends.  It’s good vs. evil, and we need to see it that way while we work to heal the divisions in our world.
